Reduce the Spread of COVID-19

The number of COVID-19 cases in Michigan continues to rise as the Coronavirus pandemic peaks in the United States. Thousands of events and social gatherings have been canceled or rescheduled due to precautionary guidelines established by the CDC, and the economy has been hit hard as consumption spending drastically decreased and many filed for unemployment.

Reduce the spread of COVID-19 by:

  • Washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially before preparing food.
  • Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Stay at home unless buying necessities. In public, maintain a distance of at least 6ft between others.
  • Frequently clean touched communal surfaces (e.g., tables, countertops, light switches, doorknobs, and cabinet handles) with disinfectant wipes or household detergent and water.
  • Covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue.
